The dominantly Pleistocene Tralihue and Pino Solo volcanic complexes lie NW of the Pleistocene Pino Hachado caldera in the Nequén Andes of Argentina, east of the main Andes drainage divide. Initial trachyandesitic eruptions were followed by the eruption of small lava domes and basaltic pyroclastics along a NW-trending fracture during postglacial time.
